DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS STATEMENT

When building a new company in the private security sector one has to find an angle, a way to stand out, a way to raise the standards.

When I looked into the security industry, both national and international, it became clear to me that there was a gap, a need not being serviced. This is; clients wanting a human approach, a personal touch, something that reassures the clients that they are at the top of our agenda, that their families, staff, business's or assets are being looked after by, not a company, but, by a group of people who care.

Here at The SCART Group, I have enforced a new business approach to security, I have assured all of my personal clients and The SCART Group's clients that the following standards and ethics will be adopted, no matter what level of service is required:

Integrity
Humanity
Respect
Conviction
Empathy

All of these ethics allow us to service and secure all of our clients with same amount of care and attention that we would want with our own business or family.

RAISING THE STANDARDS

The SCART Group takes a huge amount of pride in its staff, clients and operations.

How do we raise the standards?
The SCART Group sets the standards high for its security operators. We have a very hard and detailed recruitment process. This starts off with an interview, with the Director of Operations, followed by a second interview with the Director of Training and the Operations Director again. Then a stringent vetting process takes place. This leads onto a practical assessment, which can take place over a 2 week long Close Protection Course or, in some instances, a specially tailored assessment.

An individual can only be deployed with a Principal after a trial days work.

The SCART Group runs all of its services/operations in a very unique and multi-functional manner. We aim to impress, so we shave down the clients costs and increase the manpower. To ensure our clients safety we use state of the art equipment and training. This enables our clients to get on with their day to day life, with no interruptions or intrusive requests from the security details on the ground. This is not an easy task, but one we feel we have mastered.
